報告人簡(jiǎn)介： 唐年勝，云南大學(xué)教授、博士生導師、數學(xué)與統計學(xué)院院長(cháng)，兼任中國統計學(xué)會(huì )常務(wù)理事、中國現場(chǎng)統計學(xué)會(huì )常務(wù)理事、中國教育統計學(xué)會(huì )常務(wù)理事、全國統計教材編審委員會(huì )委員、教育部高等學(xué)校統計學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)指導委員會(huì )委員等職務(wù)。2007年入選教育部“新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”；2012年獲“國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金”資助，并獲“云南省中青年學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人”稱(chēng)號，2013年被聘為教育部“長(cháng)江學(xué)者”特聘教授。 2014年獲云南省有突出貢獻優(yōu)秀專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人才二等獎、云南省首批“云嶺學(xué)者”。曾多次赴香港中文大學(xué)、香港浸會(huì )大學(xué)、美國哥倫比亞大學(xué)、美國北卡羅萊納大學(xué)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)或做博士后。發(fā)表論文110余篇，其中SCI檢索70余篇；出版專(zhuān)著(zhù)1部、譯著(zhù)2部、教材1部。主持完成國家自然科學(xué)基金3項、國家社科基金1項、高校博士點(diǎn)專(zhuān)項基金1項以及多項省部級課題。
報告內容: Growing-dimensional data with likelihood unavailable are often encountered in various fields. This paper presents a penalized exponentially tilted likelihood (PETL) for variable selection and parameter estimation for growing dimensional unconditional moment models in the presence of correlation among variables and model misspecification. Under some regularity conditions, we investigate the consistent and oracle properties of the PETL estimators of parameters,
and show that the constrainedly PETL ratio statistic for testing contrast hypothesis asymptotically follows the central chi-squared distribution. Theoretical results reveal that the PETL approach is robust to model misspecification. We also study high-order asymptotic properties of the proposed PETL estimators. Simulation studies are conducted to investigate the finite performance of the proposed methodologies. An example from the Boston Housing Study is illustrated.
